Order Art
Ordering a picture from Onekind is a simple three-step process:
- Browse through the catalogue and find your pictures
- Note down the catalogue numbers (eg. ZA0076), and the desired format type (A, B, C or D)
- Email your order using the address below - (make sure to include your delivery address).
An email will be sent to you with a confirmed quote and instructions on how to complete payment.

Accepted Payment Types:
You can make a payment in many different ways. You can pay by cheque (in GB Pounds Sterling), and via “PayPal” (the world leader in secure online payments), you can also pay by credit or debit card, cheque, bank transfer - in many different currencies.
As soon as you place an order, we will contact you with simple instructions on completing payment.
Turnaround:
Turnaround for single-panel art is approx. 10 working days from receipt of your payment to dispatch by Royal Mail or courier. Turnaround for double-panel art or larger orders may take a little longer.
All orders from within the UK enjoy FREE postage, and there are no extra costs beyond the quoted price. Delivery of prints to Europe and the US is subject to quotation.

We pride ourselves on our friendly, helpful service. If you experience any problems with your purchase whatsoever, simply contact us and we shall be happy to help.
We want you to be 100% happy with your interior decor scheme, and will gladly help you in any way we can should you require it.
Returns Policy:
Onekind Art creates bespoke artwork to customer specifications and therefore will not accept returns of non-faulty goods. It is therefore advisable for first-time buyers to buy a small batch (or even a single piece) to ensure the art meets expectations.
Commissions and Custom Orders:
Works in many media and formats can be commissioned on request. If there is something in mind that you cannot find within the existing catalogue, we would be happy to hear your suggestions and help tailor a solution to your specific needs.
